In January 2005 GHNP Designs was renamed to Ultimate Web Development to put a focus on the company's primary service: custom web development.

The history of Ultimate Web Development dates back to February 2002 when GHNP Designs was formed to provide development solutions to small and medium sized businesses.

The primary service of the company has always been custom web development and a company represented by the word "Designs" no longer seemed to fit. The decision was made to re-brand the company with a name more representative of our services.

Success took a little while to come, but gradually the company began to expand its list of clients landing its first national client in the summer of 2004.
GHNP Designs is Formed
In February 2002 Gregory Hoole began GHNP Designs naming the company after himself (GH) and soon to be wife - NP. The first client was on-board less than a month later.
